Does it cost me anything to get an ATM in my Business?

No, it does not cost you anything to get an ATM placed in your business from ATM Services. We will cover all costs of the ATM and related products such as delivery, installation, set up, programming, and receipt paper.


Do I need to provide anything for the ATM?

Yes, all you need to provide is an available power outlet (standard 110 volt) and an available Ethernet port, WiFi, or phone line. In the rare instance that one of these can not be provided, we do have an available "wireless ATM" option for ATM placements where there is not an available connection near the point of install.


Do I make any money from having an ATM from ATM Services in my business?

You sure do! You will receive a portion of the surcharge for each transaction performed at your location. The amount you receive from each transaction depends solely on how many transactions are done at your place of business each month. If you know your average foot traffic volume per month, you can contact our offices with that information and we can provide you with an accurate estimate of your payout per transaction.


Can I Forego my commission to lower the surcharge for my customers?

Yes indeed! Some locations realize that having an ATM in their location will not only increase foot traffic, but provide a valued service to their patrons as well.  If foregoing your commission and passing that savings onto you patrons is something your willing to do, then ATM Services will work with you to provide these additional savings to your clients.


How often do we receive our commission checks?

Our commission checks are paid out on a monthly basis. On or around the 5th of each month, once all transactions have settled and cleared their banking institutions a check will be issued for your portion of the surcharge collected. Your payout will include a report of your monthly transactions so you can track your monthly transaction volume.


Who is responsible for keeping the ATM stocked and working?

We are! We install remote monitoring software on all our ATM'S which gives us the ability to view the ATM's status, and vitals in real time 24 hours a day. we will receive alerts in the event of an ATM error, bill jam,  low receipt paper, low cash, or any other event that would hamper the proper functioning of the ATM. This real time monitoring allows us to foresee, and address any issues that affect your ATM in a timely manner to ensure your ATM is up and running at all times.


How do I let people know I have an ATM in my Business?

There are several ways to inform customers of the presence of an ATM in your business. We offer things from lighted window signs, window decals, door stickers, and gas pump decals for gas stations. ATM Services will provide all signage and necessary accessories to ensure your clients are aware of the ATM presence in your location. These things will help increase your foot traffic, and increase repetitive business to your location.


What will the surcharge amount be per transaction at my location?

ATM surcharge fees vary depending on the location, and type of business, however most standard ATM fee's are around the $3 range. This $3 fee only applies to withdrawel transactions. Customers can do unlimited free balance inquires, and free transfers on all of our ATM's. We will work closely with you to determine  the most accurate surcharge amount that is competitive with other ATM's located in your area, while ensuring low rates to your customers.
